Paul Battye is founding Managing Director of Moorlands Human Capital. He has a wealth of experience working with scheme sponsors, consultants, asset managers and trustees to recruit and develop senior executives, rainmakers and pensions industry thought leaders.
Paul maintains an extensive network of contacts within the pensions and investment world and considerable knowledge of recruitment trends and the changing human capital requirements of UK Pensions. He has spoken at various industry conferences on recruiting, retaining and rewarding the top professionals in a competitive market for talent.
Over the past 10 years he has worked with 60% of the UK’s top 100 Pension Funds and 30% of the top 100 European Pension Funds, as well as consultants, asset managers and independent trustees. Paul’s focus is helping organisations to attract and retain the best talent in the pensions and investment industry.
Paul has a degree in Politics & History and qualified as a Psychometric practitioner in 2008. Since then he has worked with corporate and trustee boards looking at increasing effectiveness.
