Our Search Process

We start by Defining the Position, getting a detailed understanding of the role and the skills, competencies and knowledge required of the successful candidate. After this has been agreed we do Talent Mapping and identify those individuals who match the criteria.

Once you are happy with this we Approach and Attract interested candidates. Once this has been completed we discuss the potential shortlist with you before the Assessment of candidates begins. Once you have a preferred candidate we lead the Negotiations on your behalf in order to secure the favoured candidate. Once this has been completed we work with candidates to On-Board them into your business and ensure a successful transition.
