Finance Officers

We work with organisations to source, develop and enable the financial leaders needed to shape key strategic business decisions.

Chief Financial Officer or Finance Director

The role of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Finance Director (FD) has changed significantly in recent years. Traditionally, the role of the CFO or FD was to take responsibility for the financial well-being of the company. However, the role has evolved to be much more strategic in nature and is expected to advise the CEO and be a key participant in building the organisation’s strategy.

Our approach

We work in partnership with organisations to fully understand the intricacies of the business set-up and exactly where and how the CFO or FD needs to add value. For example, we appreciate that most CFO or FDs are expected to have strategic oversight of all accounting and financial reporting while building teams responsible for Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
